Building air quality evaluations present a challenge since most of the symptoms that occupants report are very common and usually have more than one cause. It is rare to find a symptom or a group of symptoms that can be directly related to a single building condition or air contaminant. The most realistic goal for a building investigation is to complete a careful evaluation of those conditions that may play a role in causing symptoms.

Our approach includes collecting information on the symptoms or concerns of the building occupants. We then design a systematic investigation that evaluates the building for air contaminants or conditions that could cause symptoms in building occupants.
